who we are
We take the team approach to every project. Developing successful design solutions can require the skills and expertise of many professionals. What makes the architectural and engineering professions so unique is that each requires high levels of technical and creative skills. These skills must be combined seamlessly to create a truly effective building or master plan. Over the years we have acquired both the aesthetic and technical expertise to make this vision a reality.
Following our initial assessment of your needs, we will assemble a team of professionals specifically tailored to your project's needs. A Senior Project Architect is assigned to each project, giving you a single point of contact. However, you are always welcome to directly contact anyone in the firm, including the principal.

Robin J. Millard
President / Principal in Charge
Robin has been practicing in the Architectural Industry for over 35 years. He graduated from the Southern College of Technology with a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering Technology in 1973. He started Millard, Inc. in 1983 and has focused his career on pairing quality designs and programming with superior client care. He is a registered architect, American Institute of Architects member, NCARB certified, and is licensed in seven states.
Marcus J. Millard
Director of Structural Engineering
Marcus is a Principal and our Director of Structural Engineering at Millard, Inc. With over 15 years in the design and construction industry, his knowledge is a welcome addition to our team. Marcus holds both a Bachelors Degree and a Masters degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Matthew J. Millard
Architect / Marketing
Matthew has Bachelor degrees from both the University of Georgia and Southern Polytechnic State University in Economics and Architecture, respectively. He has been with Millard, Inc. since 1998 and is a member of the Rotary Club of Roswell. Matthew is also a Board member of the Lake Lanier Olympic Park Foundation.
Mylan O. Anderson
Senior Project Architect
Mylan is a Cum Laude graduate of Tuskegee University in Alabama, with a Bachelor of Architecture degree. Mylan’s detail-oriented approach to both new and renovation projects leads to a smoother, more controlled construction phase which minimizes the owner’s exposure to unforeseen conditions. His track record of success and experience with Electrical Membership Cooperative projects is nearly unparalleled.
Celina Y. Scheidt
Project Coordinator
Celina holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Southern Polytechnic State University and a Masters in Architecture and Urban Design from Pratt Institute. She has worked steadily in the Design & Construction Industry since 2006. Her experience includes Residential, Retail, and Electric Cooperatives.
Christi M. Wynn
Executive Administrative Assistant
Christi has been in the design and construction industry since 1992, working for Contractors, Engineers and Architects. She has a Bachelors degree in English from North Carolina State University and is skilled in Office Administration, A/P, A/R, Marketing and Photography.
